How does the Bank Transfer payment option work?
You make your order online and will receive an email confirmation of your order which has the bank details that you need to make payment for your order. If you don’t receive your email then please check your junk mail.
Your order goes on hold until we check that we have received your payment. Payments are checked at 1pm Monday to Friday so orders made after 1pm or over the weekend will remain on hold until we next check the payments that have been received.
Payment has to be made by bank transfer so customers will need to log into their own online banking facilities and add our bank details as a new payee and then make a payment for their order. Please make sure to use your order number as the reference so that we can identify your payment. (The order number begins with a hashtag eg, #12345).
I haven’t received an email confirming my order or that my order has been dispatched.
Please check your junk mail if you don’t receive an email to your main inbox. If you find that our emails are being directed to your junk mail please make sure to click on the email address on the email and add us to your contact list. This should hopefully resolve the problem.
Do you have a tracking number for my order?
Signed for First Class delivery only provides a tracking number for the purpose of confirming that delivery has been attempted. It doesn’t give any information until delivery has been attempted so we don’t issue these to customers unless there is an issue with delivery.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No, not currently.
Can I smoke your products?
Our hemp and solid CBDA products are strictly offered as a food ingredient and should not be smoked as they are not registered as a smoking product. Only our vape oils and distillate crumbles are specifically designed for consumption by non-combustive inhalation.
I am subject to drugs testing, is it safe to use your products?
All hemp and hemp derived products will contain naturally occurring trace levels of THC. Our products are legal and contain less than 1mg of THC per constituent part and conform with the definition of an exempt product as they contain extremely low levels of THC. That does not however guarantee that they could not yield a positive drug test so we strongly advise that anyone subject to drug testing refrains from using any hemp based product.
My address details are wrong, what should I do?
If a small mistake is made when entering your address details then please let us know as soon as possible. We will need to amend your order details manually to ensure your order is not sent to the wrong address. Minor errors may be picked up during order processing anyway, but it would help if you are able to report them.
If the address is completely incorrect we will need to cancel and refund your order so that you can reorder using the correct address.
My order has gone to the wrong address, what happens now?
If your order has already been sent and the delivery address was wrong the only thing we can do is wait to see what the unintended recipient does when delivery is attempted. If they refuse delivery and tell the postman to return to sender then once we receive the item back we will either resend to the correct address or issue a refund. We send orders to the address provided so please make sure you enter the correct details.
